Shipping & Return Policy

Salvaged Living Mercantile wants you to be 100% satisfied with your online shopping experience! Things don't always work out and we understand. Please read our return policy completely before purchasing so you know what to expect, and especially before returning an item to the shop.

Shipping Details:

We currently only ship within the USA.

Your physical product order will ship from our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days after your order is place UNLESS otherwise noted in the product description. We do have a limited number of products that ship from another warehouse that will take more time to ship. It will clearly state in the product description if this is the case. We also hold pre-order sales from time to time where the product may not ship for up to two weeks. Again this will clearly be noted in the product description. All digital products are available for immediate download. A download link is sent in your order receipt. 

You will be sent a tracking number for your shipment once it is out to ship. 

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for Home Decor and Lifestyle Goods:

    • All sales are final on Home Decor items
    • All sales are final on Lifestyle items
    • All sales are final on Mystery items
    • We carry small quantity offerings, some vintage and some thrifted. Therefore we are unable to accept returns. 
    • Please note due to the fact that some items are vintage/antique or thrifted they may have minor defects and natural wear and tear. This will be noted in the product description. 
    • We do our best to list all measurements and materials in each product description. If you have questions or need more information to make a purchasing decision, please reach out before purchasing! help@salvagedliving,com

Coupons made available on a certain date will NOT be honored for a previous purchase on a previous date. 

 

Return Policy for Physical Items:

The following return policy is in place for when things don't work out as you'd hoped on PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (see below for DIGITAL DOWNLOADS)!

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a code via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price greater than 10% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning. If the packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.
  • Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. This does not include items that do not fit or that you changed your mind on.
  • We do not take exchanges. We cannot guarantee we will have an item you need when you want to exchange it. If you do want to exchange, you can send your item back and get a refund in the form of store credit, which will be issued to you in the form of a code that you can use on our website. Things move fast and we can't promise to still have what you are wanting in stock. 
  • Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

For DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: 

  • Please know we want nothing more than all the products here to be useful! So please use care and consideration when making a purchase. We do in making the products for you! 
  • We do not accept returns on digital downloads. Once you purchase they are yours for personal use only. Once digital files go out, we can't get them back! 
  • We do not accept returns for downloading difficulties on your end. Instructions are given, but there are too many different devices/printers equipment and we are not experts in technical support. 
  • We will not tolerate misuse or disputes unless a legitimate problem occurs. We are a super small business and our name is everything. We will do all we can to make things right, but if you are abusing our freebies or policies, you will b banned from the shop for life. We spend time on all the good peeps here! 
  • Make sure you see the licensing policy on digital downloads, please.

Return policy for community and group memberships:

  • You can cancel at any time. You will have access to the membership and it's content for the remainder of your paid period. 
  • Monthly paid memberships must be canceled by the customer in the app or payment service provider. We can not cancel for you. 
  • There is no pro-rated monthly fee reimbursement. You will have access to the content for the remainder of the month until your renewal cancels.
  • There is no pro-rated yearly membership fee reimbursement. You will have access to the content for the remainder of the year until your renewal is canceled. 
  • You will not have access to the membership content once your membership is canceled. Just like Netflix, Amazon or any other monthly/yearly paid service, you get the benefits while an active member, and those benefits are gone once payment stops.
