Salvaged Living Mercantile wants you to be 100% satisfied with your online shopping experience! Things don't always work out and we understand. Please read our return policy completely before purchasing so you know what to expect, and especially before returning an item to the shop.
The following return policy is in place for when things don't work out as you'd hoped!
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a code via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery of your order.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price greater than 15% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning. (This really helps us out!) If the packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.
- Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. This does not include items that do not fit or that you changed your mind on.
- We do not take exchanges. We cannot guarantee we will have an item you need when you want to exchange it. If you do want to exchange, you can send your item back and get a refund in the form of store credit, which will be issued to you in the form of a code that you can use on our website. Things move fast and we can't promise to still have what you are wanting in stock.
- Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
